Delivery Time (Within Pakistan)

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the website or social media.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be canceled or rescheduled.
